Transcript of the Will:-

I Nora Elizabeth Muckleston of 36 Ampthill Road Flitwick Bedfordshire Widow hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will which I make this twenty seventh day of February one thousand nine hundred and eighty six

1. I appoint the partners at my death in the firm of Park Woodfine and Company of 1 Kings Road Flitwick Bedfordshire or the firm which has succeeded to and carries on its practice to be the Executors and Trustees hereof (hereinafter called my Trustees) and I express the wish that two and only two of them shall prove my Will and act initially in its trusts

2. I give the following specific bequests free of duty:-

a) to my niece Sandra Evans my dinner service and china tea service

b) to my niece Carole Smith my barometer and canteen of mother of pearl fish knives and forks

c) to Rosemary Scanes of 32 Church Road Woburn Sands my blue/green vase with dragon handles

d) I give all my jewellery to my great niece Amanda Smith

I give the following legacies free of duty:-

a) to the said Rosemary Scanes the sum of one hundred pounds

b) to Mrs Sheila Smith of 108 Station Road Flitwick Bedfordshire the sum of one hundred pounds

c) to Rachel and Rebecca Smith the children of the said Sheila Smith the sum of fifty pounds each

3. Subject to the payment or discharge of my funeral testamentary and administration expenses and debts and other liabilities I give all my property and assets of every kind and wherever situated to my Executors and Trustees

a) upon trust either to retain (if they think fit without being liable for loss) all or any part in the same state as it is at the time of my death or to sell whatever they decide

b) upon trust to distribute (if and when that is practicable) what is retained and the net proceeds of what is sold together with all income that is received in the manner hereunder

c) that is to say to or among such of my nephews and nieces and my late husbands nephews and nieces as shall be living at my death and if more than one in equal shares absolutely

4. I wish to be buried with my late husband in our double grave at the Flitwick churchyard and I request but without imposing any obligation upon him that the Reverend Hubbard officiates at a simple funeral service and for there to be sung one hymn namely "What a friend we have in Jesus"

5. I request that my Trustees employ Messrs A L and G Abbott Funeral Directors of Kempston to carry out my funeral arrangements

6. Without imposing any obligation upon my Trustees I request that any clearance of the remainder of the contents of my house be carried out by the said Rosemary Sands Antique dealer of Woburn Sands
