In the Name of God Amen I George Muckleton of the Citty and County of Worcester Doe make this my Last Will and Testament First I bequeath my Soule to God that gave it Trusting to bee saved by the merritts of Christ As for the worldly goodes it hath pleased God to endowe mee I give as followeth the Debts I owe and those to the Cittie Five poundes by bond I give to Samuell Dun the Som~e of Three poundes of Lawfull English money to sett him Apprentice when hee cometh to the Age of fifteene yeares to bee payd by mine Executrix herein after named I give and so bequeath to the Sonne of Nathaniell Wilsheire by my Kinsewoman Anne Wilsheire the Sum~e of Fortie shillings of Lawfull English money to bee payd to him to set him Apprentice att the Age of Fourteene yeares if hee soe Longe Live Item I give and bequeath to Margarett Howes my now Servant the Sum~e of Forty shillings to bee payd her Three moneths after my decease Item I give and bequeath to the Poore of Saint Andrewes Church the Sum~e of Ten shillings to bee payd to the Church Wardens to bee Disbursed to the most Impotent in the Church Item I give and bequeath to the Poore of All Saintes the sum~e of Tenne shillings as to Saint Andrewes I give and bequeath to the poore of Saint Peters the Sum~e of Five shillings to bee disbursed as to the Poore of Saint Andrewes this to bee payd one month After my decease As for all the rest of my goodes Cattell and Chattell I give and bequeath to Anne my now wife whom I make my Sole Executrix and nominate my Brother in Law Thomas White and William Knight Overseers of this my Last Will and Testament And I give to them Five shillings a peece for their paynes to bee taken therein. The marke of George Muckleton Sealed Signed and delivered in the presence of us the Seuven and Twentith day of August In the yeare of our Lord God One thousand six hundred fiftie and one. This Will was proved att London before the Right Worshipfull Sir Nathaniell Brent Knight Doctor of Lawes Master or Keeper of the Prerogative Court the Five and Twentith day of November In the yeare of our Lord God One thousand six hundred fiftie and one by the Oath of Anne the Relict and Executrix named in the said Will To whom Administration was committed of all and singuler the goodes Chattells and debts of the said Deceased Which any manner of wayes concerne the said Will Shee being first legallie sworne by vertue of a Commission in that behalfe well and truely to Administer the same / Exd
