Hugh Jones was a Glover of Church Street, Oswestry.

She was a pauper when she died!

Dont know if this will applies to this Elinor but the rest of the family group seem to fit - but she may not have married Hugh Jones.

Will of Ellin Muckleston of Llangedwin - 1736 (proved) (found in the Record Office in Wales)

In the name of God Amen in the 6th day of July in the fifth year of King George second his reign over Great Britain the (?) one thousand seven hundred twenty andseven. I Ellin Mucklestone of the Keele (or Koole) in the county of Denbigh and Diocese of St Asaph calling to mind the fraility of mankind being in health of body and perfect and sound disposing mind and memory praise be God for the law as for man and ordain my last will and testament in manner and form follows

Imprinis. I commiy my soul to God that gave it me in hopes of salvation through Christ my alone saviour and redeemer and my body commit to the earth to be decently interred according to the (?) of any executor herein after named. Item I do and bequeath my loving sister Elizabeth Muckleston the use of Thirty Pounds due for natural life. Item I give and bequeath unto my loving sister Jane twenty pounds in money and all my goods that is at cousin Muckleston in a chest and a chair chest and all. Item I give and bequeath to my brother Hugh a broad piece of (gouls or gouts or goute) and one Kynaston morning ring and to his daughter Catherine ten shillings. Item I give and bequeath to my cousin Ma (page torn) Mucklestone the sum of forthy shillings and a suit of my clothes. Item I give and bequeath to my sister Jane ten pounds more after the death of my sisiter Elizabeth. Item I give and bequeath six pairs of white gloves for six young men of my relations to carry my body to the grave and I (page torn) and appoint twelve pounds to defray and funeral expenses. Item I name my brother Thomas Muckleston to be executor of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills here to fore in word and writing. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal upon the day and year first upon written.
