Transcription of the will:-

This is the last will and testament of me Charles Amos Muckleston of 27 St Jude Street N16 in the county of London retired decorator.

1. I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by me and declare that this is my last will.

2. I appoint Julias Fineberg LL.B of Midland Bank Chambers 43/45 Kingsland High Street E8 in the county of London aforesaid Solicitor to be executor and trustee of this my will

3. I devise and bequeath all my estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto my executor upon trust to sell call in and convert into money all such parts of my estate as shall not consist of money with absolute power at his own discretion to postpone the said sale or calling in of the whole or any part of my estate as he shall think fit from the monies so arising to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and to divide the residue thereafter remaining into four equal parts and to pay one such part to my daughter Margaret Silk of New Zealand one such part to my daughter Hannah Sinclair of South Molton in the county of Devon one such part to my daughter Florence Watkiss and the fourth part to my son Charles Muckleston who was formerly a Naval Petty Officer.

4. My executor being a solicitor shall be so employed and act in the winding up of my estate and shall be entitled to charge and be paid all professional or other charges for any business or act done by him or his firm in connection with this my will including acts which a trustee could have done personally.

5. No executor of this my will shall be liable either as executor or solicitor for any loss not attributable:-

a) To his own dishonesty or

b) To the wilful commission by him of an act known by him to be a breach of trust.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21st day of November one thousand nine hundred and seventy two.
