Transcript of the Will:-

This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Edward Muckleston of 14 Banks Howe Road in the village district of Onchan in the Isle of Man

1. I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

2. I declare that I came to the Isle of Man on the 18th day of March 1976 with the intention of making the Isle of Man my permanent home. My domicile is now Manx and I have abandoned my domicile of origin in England

3. I nominate constitute and appoint my wife Lillian May Muckleston and my son Brian Muckleston (hereinafter referred to as "my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees hereof

4. I leave devise and bequeath the whole of my estate and interest in the property known as 14 Banks Howe Road in the Village District of Onchan or other the principal house or flat in which my wife shall be residing at the date of my death to my said wife in her personal capacity absolutely and I direct that any mortgage or charge affecting the same shall be paid out of my residuary estate

5. I give devise and bequeath all my personal chattels as defined by section 54(1) (x) of the Administration of Estates Act 1960 other than those herein or by any Codicil hereto specifically bequeathed to my said wife absolutely

6. I leave devise and bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my estates both real and personal wheresoever situate and of whatsoever kind of or to which I shall be seized possessed or entitled at the date of my death or over which I shall have any power of testamentary disposition whatsoever unto my Trustees Upon Trust to sell the said real estate and to call in and to convert into money such part of my personal estate as shall not consist of money with full power to my Trustees to postpone such sale calling in and conversion for such period as my Trustees shall in their uncontrolled discretion think fit without being responsible for any loss occasioned thereby

7. My Trustees shall stand possessed of the monies to arise from such calling in and conversion and of the ready monies available at the date of my death upon trust to pay therout my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and any Capital Transfer Tax

8. My Trustees shall stand possessed of the residue of the said monies upon trust at their discretion to invest the same in the names of my Trustees or under their control in or upon any of the investments hereby authorised with power from time to time to vary investments for other of an authorised nature and shall stand possessed of the said monies and the investments for the time being representing the same and all parts of my estate for the time being remaining unsold and any ready money (hereinafter called "my residuary estate") upon the trusts hereinafter declared concerning the same

9. (a) My Trustees shall hold my residuary estate upon trust to divide the same into three equal parts and to stand possessed thereof upon trust:-

(i) As to the capital and income of one of such parts for my said son BrianMuckleston if he shall survive me and if shall not so survive then upon trust for hiswife Michele Esme Muckleston absolutely

(ii) As to the capital and income of the remaining two of such parts (hereinafter called "the Grandchildrens fund") for such of my grandchildren as shall be living at my death and attain the age of twenty threeyears and if more than one in equal shares and I direct that in each year prior to the expiration of twenty one years from my death during which my Trustees under the trusts hereof have a discretion as to investment of any part of the Grandchildrens Fund mt Trustees shall accumulate the income of the Grandchildrens Fund at compound interest by investing the same and the resulting income thereof in any of the investments hereby authorised. If anygrandchild of mine has already died or shall die in my lifetime or after my death but before attaining a vested interest leaving issue who attain the age of eighteen years such issue shall take by substitution and if more than one in equal shares per stirpes the share of my residuary estate which such deceased grandchild of mine would have taken if he or she had survived me and attained a vested interest but so that no issue shall take whose parent is alive and so capable of taking

(b) If any of the said equal parts of my residuary estate shall be undisposed of by reason of the lapse of any gift contained in sub clause (a) of this clause such part or parts shall sink into my residuary estate and be held for the other persons entitled to the remaining parts thereof

10. Monies comprised in my residuary estate may be invested or applied in the purchase of or at interest upon the security of such stocks funds shares securities or other investments or property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate and whether producing income or not and whether involving liability or not or upon such personal credit with or without security as my Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit to the intent that my Trustees shall have the same full and unrestricted powers of investing and varying investments in all respects as if they were absolutely and beneficially entitled thereto

In Witness whereof I the said Robert Edward Muckleston have hereunto subscribed my name this 20th day of May one thousand nine hundred and seventy six.
