Although born in London he was at heart a Toddington man. All holidays were spent there and when he was old enough he would cycle there at weekends.

This Will dated the ninth day of September one thousand nine hundred and seventy seven is made by me William Frederick Muckleston of 12 Russell Road Toddington Bedfordshire

1. I revoke all former testamentary dispositions

2. I appoint my brother Thomas Muckleston of 33 Leighton Road Toddington aforesaid as my executor and trustee who in this Will is referred to as my executor

3. I give two hundred pounds to my brother the said Thomas Muckleston

4. My executor shall hold the residue of my estate on trust either to retain or sell it on the following trusts

a) To pay debts capital transfer tax and executorship expenses

b) To divide the residue equally between those of the following two persons who survive me my daughter Margaret Anne Jones and my daughter Pauline Smith

5. I wish to be cremated and my ashes buried with my first wife if space is available but if not in the cemetery in Toddington aforesaid.

This Will dated the ninth day of September one thousand nine hundred and seventy seven is made by me Mary Ann Muckleston of 12 Russell Road Toddington Bedfordshire

1. I revoke all former testamentary dispositions

2. a) I appoint as my executors and trustees the firm of Messrs Williams and Company Solicitors of 46 High Street South Dunstable Bedfordshire which may act through any one or two of the partners at my death

b) if at my death the firm of Messrs Williams and Company no longer exists this appointment shall relate to the firm which carries on its practice.

c) in this Will the expression "my executors" includes the trustees from the time being of this Will and the trusts arising under it.

3. I give one hundred pounds to the Roman Catholic Church in Dunstable Bedfordshire to be used specifically for the purchase of "Stations of the Cross" for the Roman Catholic Church in Toddington aforesaid

4. I give the following specific legacies

a) "Our Lady of this House " wall hanging to my brother John Montgomery

b) My set of ten Canadian tea-spoons to my son Gerald Francis Fahy

c) My gold bracelet with charms and my gold watch to my daughter Catherine Mary O'Flynn

d) My marquisate gold cross and chain which my son John Fahy gave me to my grand daughter Sally Ann Fahy

e) Other personal jewellery not otherwise referred to equally between my stepdaughter Pauline Smith my step daughter Margaret Anne Jonesmy daughter Catherine Mary O'Flynn my daughter in law Mary Fahy my daughter in law Angela Fahy as they shall agree amongst themselves but should they fail to agree my executors shall have power to distribute the items referred to in this sub clause to the named beneficiaries as they think fit

f) My thistle china tea set to my grand daughter Erin O'Flynn

g) My shamrock jug and any matching glasses to my brother Mortimer Montgomery

h) My gold jewellery box to my daughter in law Mary Fahy

5. My executors shall hold the residue of my estate on trust either to retain or to sell it on the following trusts

a) To pay debts capital transfer tax and executorship expenses

b) To divide the balance in my account at the Anglia Building Society my loan bond with the West Yorkshire Metropolitan County Council my cash in hand and cash at bank equally between those of the following three persons who survive me my daughter Catherine Mary O'Flynn my son Gerald Francis Fahy my son John Joseph Fahy

c) To give the residue to my husband William Frederick Muckleston

6. I wish to be cremated and my ashes buried in the plot I own at the Vale Cemetery in Stopsley Luton Bedfordshire and that the funeral service be held in the Roman Catholic Church in Toddington aforesaid

7. Any of my executors who is engaged in a profession shall be entitled to be paid fees for work done by him or his firm on the same basis as if he were not one of my executors but employed to act on behalf of my executors.
