died on the 18th day of July 1962 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital Aylesbury Buckinghamshire

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by the high court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Oxford to Winifred Frances Muckleston of 5 Calvert Cottages aforesaid the lawful widow and relict and the only person now entitled to the estate of the said intestate

And it is hereby certified that an Inland Revenue affidavit has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £3521:4:3

This is the last Will and Testament of me Winifred Frances Muckleston of 5 Calvert Cottages Steeple Claydon in the county of Buckingham Widow Whereby

1. I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions at any time made by me and declare this to be my last Will

2. I appoint my niece June Lawrence and Cecil Benjamin Lawrence (hereinafter called my executors) to be the executors of this my Will

3. I give devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate both real and personal after payment thereout of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and the expenses referred to in clause 4 hereof unto the said June Lawrence, Cecil Benjamin Lawrence,Gillian Parham, Micheal Muckleston and Susan Muckleston (his wife) or the survivor or survivors of them and if more than one in equal shares absolutely

4. I direct that after my decease my body shall be cremated and the ashes interred at the Oxford Crematorium and that my executors shall make all payments necessary to ensure that in my memory the relevant details recording my name and date of death are recorded in a plaque there similar to the plaque in memory of my late husband or if possible added to such plaque and that a rose bush should be planted there in the joint memory of my said husband and myself and be replaced or maintained for a period of at least seven years.

This is the last will and testament of me Albert Ernest Muckleston of Hilsyde Hockliffe in the county of Bedford made this twenty first day of December in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty three I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my wife Edith Ann Muckleston to be my executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my said wife Edith Ann Muckleston all my property of every description for her own absolute use and benefit. -A E MUCKLESTON- Signed by the said testator Albert Ernest Muckleston in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses. AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principle Probate Registry thereof to Albert Ernest Muckleston of Hockliffe aforesaid farmer the lawful father one of the persons entitled to share in the estate of the said intestate

And it is hereby certified that an Inland Revenue affidavit has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £424.18.7 and that the said Affidavit bears a stamp of £2.10.0

This is the last Will and testament of me Cyril Walter William Muckleston of 9 St Pauls Road Luton in the county of Bedford Builders Foreman Whereby I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made or executed by me and I declare this to be my last will

1. I appoint Herbert Miller of 6 Belmont Road Luton aforesaid and my daughter Jean Muckleston of 9 St Pauls Road Luton aforesaid to be the executors and Trustees of this my Will

2. I devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto my wife Eveline Norah Thresa Muckleston of 9 St Pauls Road Luton aforesaid absolutely subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses provided that my said wife shall survive me for the period of one month

3. In the event of my said wife dying in my lifetime or within the said period of one month then I devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto my said daughter Jean Muckleston absolutely subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this eighteenth day of October one thousand nine hundred and fifty two.
