Transcript of the Will:-

This is the last Will and Testament of me Herbert Muckleston of 364 Dunstable Road Luton in the county of Bedford Company Director and Secretary. I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me. I appoint Wilfrid Thomas Plummer of Guildford Chambers Luton aforesaid Incorporated Accountant and Sidney T Hawkins of 153 Ashburnham Road Luton aforesaid Hat Manufacturer to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will and I declare notwithstanding the said Wilfrid Thomas Plummer being an Executor and Trustee of this my Will he or his firm shall be entitled to charge and be paid all usual professional and other charges for work or business done or transacted by him or his firm in proving my Will or in the execution of or in connection with the trusts thereof. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Maud Ellen Muckleston two thousand of my shares in Strawpurch and Company Limited free of duty and unto my brother William George Muckleston one thousand of my shares in the same company free of duty and unto my sister Harriet Elizabeth Evans the remaining one thousand of my shares in the same company free of duty. I give devise and bequeath the sum of four hundred pounds free of duty to each of my three sisters Sarah Beal, Margaret Lacey and Maria Vass I give devise and bequeath the sum of two hundred pounds free of duty to each of my nephews Charles christian Muckleston and Harold Victor Muckleston the sons of my deceased brother Thomas and the sum of two hundred pounds free of duty to my company employee William Pedder I give and bequeath all my money property share and interest in the Bedford-Park Syndicate unto my Trustees hereinbefore named upon trust in their absolute discretion to sell call in or dispose of the same at such price as they think fit or to retain the same during such period that they shall think fit and to hold the same and the moneys to arise from the sale calling in or disposal thereof or otherwise in connection therewith and the income thereof until sale in trust in equal shares for my wife the said Maud Ellen Muckleston my said brother William George Muckleston my said sisters Harriet Elizabeth Evans Sarah Beal Margaret Lacey and Mary Maria Vass and my said nephews Charles Christian Mucklestonand Harold Victor Muckleston and I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever including as well real and personal estate over which I shall at my death have any general power of appointment or disposition by will, not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my said Trustees hereinfore named upon trust to sell and convert into money my freehold dwelling house and land known as number 364 Dunstable Road Luton aforesaid and all my furniture chattels and effects therein and my motor car and my investments in war stock in Courtaulds Limited and in Kampar Malaya Tin Dredging Limited and such other part or parts of my residuary estate real or personal as my Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think expedient or proper and out of the monies to arise from such sale and conversion and the debts and the aforesaid pecuniary legacies and the duties on all bequests hereby given free of duty and my Trustees shall hold the surplus of such moneys and all my unsold residuary estate real and personal in trust for my said three sisters Sarah Beal Margaret Lacey and Mary Maria Vass and my said nephews Charles Christian Muckleston and Harold Victor Muckleston in equal shares and I request my said sister Harriet Elizabeth Evans and my said brother William George Muckleston(but without imposing on them or either of them any obligation or any condition for the acceptance by them of the shares hereinbefore bequeathed to them respectively or any other gift or benefit given to them or either of them by this my Will)out of the income to be received by them respectively from the said one thousand shares in Strawpurch and Company Limited hereinbefore bequeathed to each of them to pay each the weekly sum of one pound to my parents Thomas Muckleston and Mary Ann Muckleston jointly during their joint lives and to the survivor of them during his or her life and I declare the expression "my Trustees" used in this my Will share where the context so admits include not only my said Trustees hereinbefore namedbut other the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourteenth day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty two -H MUCKLESTON-

Transcript of the Will:-

This is the last will and testament of me Ellen Maud Muckleston of 214 Wellington Street Luton in the county of Bedford Widow. I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will I hereby appoint Joseph Stanley Bell of 12 Avenue Grimaldi Luton aforesaid (hereinafter called my trustee) to be the executor and trustee of this my will I hereby give and bequeath all my shares and other interests (if any) in Strawpurch and Company Limited unto my trustee upon trust to sell call in or convert the same into ready money with full power at his absolute discretion to postpone such sale calling in or conversion upon trust to divide the proceeds of such sale calling in or conversion between Bessie Butler of 11a Crawley Green Road Luton aforesaid Ernest Hayward of the same address and Tom Bew of 214 Wellington Street Luton in equal shares absolutely and I hereby give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate whether real or personal of or to which I shall be possessed or entitled at my death including property over which I may have general testamentary power of appointment and including all the goodwill stock in trade books debts and the benefit of all contracts subsisting at the date of my death of and in my business now carried on by me at 214 Wellington Street Luton aforesaid unto the said Tom Bew absolutely.
